Recommended Decks for the Event
Since the Venusaur EX deck is Grass-type, it’s recommended to use a Fire-type deck for this event. Among the most effective choices, the Charizard EX deck stands out thanks to its offensive power and favorable type advantage. Alternatively, if you don’t have access to Charizard EX, you can try a more budget-friendly Fire-type deck variant.

This budget-friendly variant is an excellent alternative for tackling the event without relying on expensive decks like Charizard EX. The deck revolves around a straightforward yet effective strategy to power up your Pokémon using Blaine. The goal is to prevent your opponent from summoning Venusaur EX.
Strategically utilize Ninetales, which has the potential to counter all cards in the opponent’s deck except Venusaur EX and Kangaskhan.
