Arbok and Weezing
The Arbok and Weezing deck is a strategic build that leverages the interaction between its main Pokémon and their supporters, Sabrina and Koga, to maintain control of the game. Weezing’s ability to poison opponents and Arbok’ attack that blocks the active Pokémon from switching both work to destabilize and slow down your opponent’s combos. A well-stocked bench with backup Pokémon is crucial to ensure continuous pressure throughout the match, keeping a reserve Arbok or Weezing ready to take over when needed.
Arbok + Sabrina
Arbok is a Pokémon that, for a cost of two Energy, can attack and prevent the opponent from switching their active Pokémon. This ability becomes particularly devastating when combined with Sabrina. With this support card, you can force your opponent to keep a Pokémon in play that may not be ready to fight like one still being set up or with limited Energy attached. This strategy disrupts your opponent’s game plan, slows them down, and allows you to take control of the match.
Weezing + Koga
Weezing shines with its ability to poison the opponent’s Pokémon, dealing consistent damage over time. Koga amplifies this by allowing you to withdraw Weezing at the right moment, return it to your hand, and replace it with another Pokémon from your bench.
